Every business thrives on happy customers. We have made serious efforts to be sure our packaging will stand the test of the carriers.
You have 5 days from receipt of merchandise contact us and to return or exchange your item. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. We do not pay for return shipping under any circumstances. You will also be responsible for contacting the carrier and arranging a pickup of the product. If your product was purchased with "Free Shipping" you will be responsible for shipping charges on the replacement item since we have already paid shipping on your product the first time.
You must contact us by email at crownb@ocsnet.net to discuss the return. Please include your phone number and the best time to reach you. You would also want to describe the problem you are having with the delivery, packaging or the product to save you time.
Pictures are important. Please take pictures of any damage you may find either to the package and/or the product.
